Orders and Returns
Can I return a customized item?
Customized (made-to-order) items are not eligible for return or refund, as they are tailored to your specific preferences. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or error, we will correct the issue.
What if I only customized the color and not the size?
Even if only the color is customized and the size remains standard, the product is still considered a customizable item and is non-returnable under our policy.
Are returns accepted for assembled furniture?
Assembled products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing defect, at the sole discretion of Posh House Furniture.
Will I be charged for delivery or pickup in case of return?
If the return is made without a valid reason, the original delivery cost will be deducted.
If your delivery was free, a minimum AED 150 pickup charge will apply.
Do products always look the same as shown online or in-store?
There may be slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to material sourcing and manufacturing changes. Products from different batches may not be identical.
What condition must a product be in to be eligible for return?
To be eligible for return:
Item must be unused and in original packaging
No scratches, stains, damages, or modifications (like drilling or alterations)
How long do I have to report an issue with my order?
You must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your item, while keeping the original packaging intact.
Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
